Many residents of Cascade Park Estates, aka Cascade Park Village, received a formal notice dated July 18, 2025 that the current owners were considering selling the park. Since that time our Residents Association has been actively pursuing this opportunity to become a Resident Owned Community–ROC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In fact this is one of our three objectives in our Bylaws<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Article 2: Objectives shall be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. to represent the interests and concerns of members with a unified voice in regard to all issues relating to their homes in the Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. to actively pursue and coordinate opportunities for members to help each other as good neighbors including communication, social events and mutual assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. to be available as a tenant\u2019s organization to attempt to purchase the Park should it become available for purchase.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Since that time the residents association has sent several email notices about the process.
