The states sales price was $31 million.  Ignoring the club house value this is about $145,000 per residential space for the 213 space park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applying those figures to Cascade Park Estates&#8217; 170 spaces would give a ball park value of about $24 million.
