The MHDRP facilitates communication between manufactured home owners and their landlords in order to resolve disputes and avoid evictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The MHDRP has authority to take complaints, perform dispute resolution activities, conduct investigations, engage in negotiations, make determinations, and issue fines and other penalties regarding violations of the Manufactured\/Mobile Home Landlord-Tenant Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">It is administered by the Attorney General&#8217;s Office and does not represent landlords or tenants.
