Be aware of the Manufactured Housing Dispute Resolution Program<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Always take someone with you when confronting management about an issue. Do not use bad language and take notes of the conversation. It is best to follow up with an email or letter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When serious issues arise contact your manufactured homes associations<\/a>–state or national. They have experience and professional help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participate in activities and meetings of your community association<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be knowledgeable about your local government representation and state legislators<\/a>. Their job is to serve constituents. Don’t hesitate to contact them about issues that affect the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
