See front page article in today’s Columbian about frustrations of residents in the Woodland East Mobile Home Park. If you don’t have access, the gist is that the new state law requiring notice and providing opportunity to buy appears to be toothless. And secondarily that the market price of over $250,000 per space appears out of reach of park residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
