News Flash: Vista Del Rio Sells
On Oct. 18 Colliers real estate company announced the $30 million sale of Vista Del Rio, a 213-site manufactured housing community located at 17401 SE 39th Street in Vancouver, Washington.
The buyer is Desimone Enterprises LLC. The states sales price was $31 million. Ignoring the club house value this is about $145,000 per residential space for the 213 space park.
Applying those figures to Cascade Park Estates’ 170 spaces would give a ball park value of about $24 million. Comparing this to last year’s asking price of $41 million–perhaps–gives fresh hope to the feasibility of a resident owned park for us.
