Property Tax Exemption Program
The Tax Exemption Program for Senior Citizens and People with Disabilities reduces your property tax liability. You do not need to repay these taxes and there is no lien placed against your home.
The Clark County Assessor’s website contains resources to help you determine if you are eligible, understand program benefits, prepare the required documents, and navigate the application process.
There is no deadline to apply. You may apply for a refund for prior years’ taxes (up to three years) if you met the eligibility requirements in those years.
