Attention Shifts to HB 2114
According to this article in The Columbian the Senate Bill (SB 5961) to establish rent control and other landlord/tenant regulations is now dead in committee. So advocates and opponents now shift attention to its companion bill with the same or similar provisions, HB 2114.
