I have been looking at your homes for sale, & am interested. What to know how much the lot rent is, since Washington has no rent control laws, what the rate of yearly increases in rent are.

Currently most lots are $1,200 per month. The last few years the lot rent has increased by $100 per month each year.
Google :Cascade Park Estates tenants plead for help, in the Columbian newspaper. That is me and my hubby. Thank god we sold our home there AND LEFT. Now when you google **Mike and Denise Werner legal issues** you get a good laugh.
