Leisure Manor Did Something

Attorney General’s Office responds with findings of unlawful changes to lease agreements, rental rates and tenant maintenance obligations, and excessive fees. This only applies to Leisure Manor complaints but they are pursuing other parks owned by Port Orchard based Hurst & Son.

For those of you who have access to The Columbian, today’s paper had a long article about the Leisure Manor as a symptom of the big picture of gentrification of mobile home parks HERE, I saw nothing new in the article so I am not highlighting any content here.
