I was never told we have a residence association!! What is the purpose of this association?
Does it benefit all of us or the owners?

There has been a resident’s association here for many years. It was inactive for a few years from about 2019 to 2022. We do not have an adequate system for contacting all residents but the directors are working to improve that.
Your space is in the zone of Board member Elaine Myers. I believe she has tried to contact you about establishing contact information for our Neighbor Helping Neighbor program.
